Pelvic Floor Exercises
Tribher places strong focus on pelvic floor rehabilitation and strengthening, a cornerstone of female health at every stage. Pilates

About Our
Founder
As a mother, athlete, and coach, I created Tribher from a deeply personal place—born out of my own journey to stay strong, healthy, and active through pregnancy and beyond. Along the way, I realized that women—especially Indian women—need more than just cookie-cutter fitness plans.
We need a program that understands our bodies, our rhythms, and the realities of our lives. That’s why Tribher is built to support women through every season, motherhood and beyond—with a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.
My mission is simple: to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health—not just for a phase, but for life.
