Tribher is more than a fitness platform—it’s a complete mind and body wellness ecosystem created exclusively for women. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, healing postpartum, navigating perimenopause, or embracing the power of menopause, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fitness. Instead, we offer a comprehensive approach that integrates yoga, strength training, pilates, pelvic floor therapy, breathwork, and mental wellness techniques, all designed to support the female body’s hormonal, emotional and physical evolution.

What makes us different? We combine yoga, strength training, Pilates, breathwork, and pelvic floor therapy into holistic routines that support physical health, emotional resilience, and mental well-being. Every program is guided by certified experts and rooted in science-backed methodologies.

FOUNDER

Ankita Gaur

Ankita Gaur, founder of Tribher, is a mother, marathon runner, and certified women’s health coach with qualifications from AWPT Australia. With her own journey through motherhood and athletics, Ankita realized there was a huge gap in women’s wellness care—especially one that understood the woman’s body and needs.

She launched Tribher to bridge that gap with empathy, education, and empowerment. Ankita leads every initiative with the belief that strength isn’t just physical—it’s emotional, hormonal, and deeply personal.
